Description

  • Oversee and support manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations.
  • Manage production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow.
  • Optimize workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams.
  • Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and internal quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor KPIs for production output, inventory, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance.
  • Support supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation.
  • Lead, mentor, and support teams, supervisors, and planners.
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations.
  • Experience in one or more areas including manufacturing or production management, supply chain management or planning, procurement or sourcing, logistics or distribution operations, manufacturing or process engineering, or quality engineering or quality management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is advantageous.
