Description

  • Oversee and support manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations.
  • Manage production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow.
  • Optimize workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams.
  • Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, local health and safety regulations, and ISO quality standards.
  • Monitor KPIs for production output, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance.
  • Support supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation.
  • Lead, mentor, and support teams, supervisors, and planners.
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: manufacturing or production management, supply chain management or planning, procurement or strategic sourcing, logistics or warehousing or distribution operations, manufacturing or industrial or process engineering, or quality engineering or quality management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous.
