Description

  • Win and grow multi-million euro partnerships with global Food & Beverage and agribusiness customers.
  • Engage key decision-makers including ESG Directors, Sustainability Leads, Farm Managers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain.
  • Translate pollination and ecological impact into clear business value, including biodiversity, crop traceability, carbon sequestration, and sourcing ROI.
  • Build high-ROI proposals with phased timelines that address sourcing challenges and operational goals.
  • Identify gaps between corporate ESG commitments and measurable action, and turn them into sales opportunities.
  • Map budget cycles and procurement processes to accelerate purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, and procurement to secure multi-departmental buy-in.
  • Educate customers and internal champions by converting technical environmental data into persuasive commercial narratives.
  • Support long sales cycles by prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in the agribusiness sector.
  • Experience prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of regenerative agriculture, Nature Positive goals, and Science-Based Targets (SBTi).
  • Ability to speak the language of ESG and supply chain risk reduction.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to build pricing models and business cases.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical environmental impact into high-level commercial narratives.
  • Native-level fluency in English.
  • Reliable home work setup with a primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th gen or newer, Intel Core i3 10th gen or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device capable of at least Intel Core i3 performance and usable during power interruptions.
  • Functional webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
