Description

  • Provide first-line technical support for end users of the browser extension and related solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to user access, functionality, deployment, and content creation.
  • Communicate issue status and resolution steps clearly to technical and non-technical customers.
  • Support power users with configuration and content management tasks.
  • Support administrators with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams and report bugs as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of known issues, procedures, and customer-facing support best practices.
  • Create, maintain, and update support articles, help content, videos, and tutorials to improve self-service.
  • Collaborate with product team members to keep issue resolution moving forward.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills via email and live screenshare calls with technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong empathy for frustrated customers and the ability to coach users toward successful outcomes.
  • Strong troubleshooting aptitude with a focus on observing and asking questions before answering.
  • Ability to create engaging customer-facing videos, articles, and tutorials for a support site.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting during core hours of 8 AM to 4 PM ET.
  • Willingness to overlap and collaborate with other product team members to solve problems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and/or Group Policy Objects (GPO) for browser management and configuration.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 managed solutions, including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience administering SharePoint App Catalog for deploying custom SPFx add-ins.
  • Experience deploying Teams apps through the Teams admin center.
  • Strong knowledge of Edge and Chrome developer tools for inspecting HTML, CSS, console errors, performance, cookies, and local storage.
  • Ability to write CSS or jQuery selectors to identify specific elements on a web page.
  • Experience developing clear prompts for AI or chat-based support systems (prompt engineering).
  • Proficiency with core Microsoft 365 apps such as SharePoint Online, Dynamics, Copilot, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with managing work items in Microsoft DevOps.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps and capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and works during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
