Description

  • Create detailed construction documentation using AutoCAD software.
  • Generate technical drawings, plans, and blueprints.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to interpret and implement design requirements.
  • Review and revise construction documentation based on feedback and scope changes.
  • Maintain organized project files, templates, and documentation libraries.
  • Stay current on AutoCAD advancements and recommend process improvements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project-related questions and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AutoCAD expert with a focus on construction documentation and detailing.
  • Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of construction industry codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder support.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve construction documentation issues.
