Description

Create detailed construction documentation using AutoCAD software.
Generate technical drawings, plans, and blueprints.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to interpret and implement design requirements.
Review and revise construction documentation based on feedback and scope changes.
Maintain organized project files, templates, and documentation libraries.
Stay current on AutoCAD advancements and recommend process improvements.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project-related questions and issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an AutoCAD expert with a focus on construction documentation and detailing.
Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of construction industry codes, regulations, and standards.
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder support.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve construction documentation issues.
