Description

Write and edit legal marketing content for law firm clients, including blogs, practice area pages, and home pages.
Ensure content is legally accurate, clear, readable, and aligned with AP style or client-specific style guides.
Apply SEO tactics such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and meta descriptions to improve search visibility.
Research legal industry trends and develop new content ideas.
Audit, update, and maintain existing content to keep it relevant and accurate.
Review content for clarity, consistency, and overall quality.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Manage editorial timelines and meet deadlines.
Evaluate and improve AI-assisted content while preserving legal accuracy, brand voice, SEO goals, and editorial standards.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and concepts.
Ability to conduct thorough legal research across a wide range of topics.
Experience producing accurate, up-to-date content that complies with current laws and regulations.
Excellent command of English with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and error-free content.
Proven ability to edit, write, and refine content for legal accuracy, grammar, style, and readability.
Strong attention to detail in both legal accuracy and content presentation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other legal content editors, SEO specialists, and cross-functional partners.
Experience evaluating, editing, and improving AI-assisted content while maintaining legal accuracy, brand voice, SEO objectives, and editorial standards.
Highly self-sufficient and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal oversight.

Competitive base salary of $60,000 to $65,000.
