Description

  • Design and deploy AI-driven workflows for lead generation, qualification, and initial outreach.
  • Automate the MQL-to-SQL handoff and related follow-up logic based on prospect intent.
  • Transform HubSpot into an active sales assistant through AI-assisted lead scoring and automated CRM actions.
  • Integrate RingCentral, CRM systems, and AI models to ensure seamless data flow across calls, emails, and records.
  • Build transcription, analysis, and sync workflows for sales communications using automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
  • Develop forecasting dashboards using historical sales data to provide leadership with actionable visibility.
  • Act as an internal consultant to sales and marketing teams by translating AI capabilities into practical workflows.
  • Document repeatable sales and automation playbooks for scale.
  • Audit the sales pipeline and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Implement quick-win AI solutions such as automated call summarization or instant lead routing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building multi-step automations with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Claude, and tools like n8n or Make.com for revenue operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including Workflows and Custom Objects.
  • Experience integrating VOIP systems such as RingCentral through middleware.
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Python or JavaScript experience for custom logic is a significant advantage.
  • Background in Sales Ops or Growth Engineering.
  • Ability to structure prompts for reliable, structured, prospect-facing outputs.
  • High-agency, proactive work style with the ability to solve bottlenecks independently.
  • Strong systems thinking and understanding of how front-end automations affect downstream reporting and data integrity.
  • Must have a primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps that can support work during a power outage.
  • Must have a desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th gen or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, plus at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Must have a backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and functions during power interruptions.
  • Must have a functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
