Description

  • Oversee HR operations and service delivery in partnership with the HR and Recruitment Manager.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on HR best practices for contractor agreements and internal policies.
  • Manage the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, including attendance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies for a remote staffing environment.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for high-value clients and provide real-time updates on contractor issues, bonuses, and engagement.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client and contractor concerns quickly to prevent service disruptions.
  • Help lead HR operations to ensure deliverables meet quality standards under fast-paced timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools to track health and progress.
  • Audit and improve onboarding processes to speed integration and time-to-productivity.
  • Analyze recruitment and HR metrics and prepare data-driven reports for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR and/or Client Success experience.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in contractor management, including independent contractors, BPO, staffing, or staff augmentation.
  • Proven client-facing experience managing expectations and handling high-stakes escalations.
  • Ability to thrive in a night-shift environment and perform well during non-traditional hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects without losing attention to detail.
  • A critical thinking mindset with the ability to propose multiple solutions to problems.
  • A process-oriented approach to building systems and organizing complex workflows.
  • An empathetic but direct leadership style with accountability to KPIs.
  • Primary internet connection with at least 15 Mbps speed.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed that can support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th gen or newer, Intel Core i3 10th gen or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • At least 8 GB RAM on the primary device.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and functions during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
