Description

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies and maintain an active LBA candidate pipeline across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester County.
  • Post job listings, conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage pre-hire documentation.
  • Guide BCBAs through the New York LBA application and licensure process while tracking accreditation progress.
  • Facilitate Medicaid provider enrollment, submit required documentation, track applications, and resolve delays or compliance issues.
  • Maintain records of LBA licenses, Medicaid enrollment, revalidation deadlines, continuing education, and renewals.
  • Send renewal reminders at least 90 days before expiration and remove or flag LBAs with lapsed credentials from clinical assignments.
  • Administer the HRIS, including same-day new-hire entry, credential milestone updates, reporting, and data correction.
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, onboarding materials, credentialing tools, and HR process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations.
  • Healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Medicaid provider enrollment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with New York State LBA licensure requirements and the BCBA-to-LBA pathway is advantageous.
  • Prior HRIS administration experience required; Zoho or similar platform experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication, discretion, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Understanding of ABA service delivery and LBA roles in a Medicaid-funded model.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps and backup connection of at least 10 Mbps that works during power outages.
  • Primary device with a qualifying processor and at least 8 GB RAM; functional backup device, webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone, and quiet dedicated home office.
