Description

  • Build and execute a full-funnel growth strategy that drives MQLs, SQLs, and revenue contribution.
  • Own pipeline generation targets and optimize CAC, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategy across technical SEO, content, and authority-building initiatives.
  • Build scalable content systems, including blogs, landing pages, and programmatic SEO.
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Run outbound systems, including cold email and LinkedIn outreach, and collaborate with sales on pipeline generation.
  • Own CrewBloom’s social presence, especially LinkedIn, and build the founder’s personal brand into a lead engine.
  • Manage a lean marketing team or agency, while staying hands-on with execution.
  • Set up dashboards, attribution models, and reporting systems to track performance across channels.
  • Make data-driven decisions and adjust campaigns weekly based on performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with strong B2B or services experience.
  • Staffing or healthcare experience is a major plus.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue, not just impressions.
  • Deep experience across multi-channel growth, including SEO, paid ads, outbound, and social.
  • Strong operator who is comfortable writing copy, launching campaigns, and building systems independently.
  • Experience building or scaling marketing in a startup or lean environment.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth and founder-led marketing.
  • Data-driven, experimental, and highly accountable approach to marketing.
  • Ability to manage a small team, freelancers, or agencies as needed.
  • Minimum technical setup requirements: primary internet of at least 15 Mbps, backup internet of at least 10 Mbps, a desktop or laptop with at least 8 GB RAM and an eligible processor, a functional webcam, a noise-canceling USB headset, a quiet dedicated home office, and a smartphone for communication and verification.
