Description

  • Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through closing deals.
  • Conduct sales calls and product demonstrations to present features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Address prospect questions and objections while showing how the offering meets business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, pain points, budget, and buying intent.
  • Track opportunities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Prioritize leads and manage time effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Use negotiation skills to reach win-win agreements and close business successfully.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth account handoff and sales alignment.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to inform sales strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive.
  • End-to-end sales experience, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Strong B2B sales experience, preferably selling to SMB, mid-market, or enterprise accounts.
  • Experience handling enterprise accounts or large corporate clients.
  • Good to excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing pipelines and activities.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • A stable primary internet connection with at least 15 Mbps speed and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • A desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • A backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and works during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam, a noise-canceling USB headset, a quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification.
