Description

  • Build and manage a weekly and monthly content calendar that supports brand growth and consultation inquiries.
  • Create original, legally appropriate content for reels, short-form video, carousel posts, stories, and static graphics.
  • Edit short-form video content with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and clean cuts for platform performance.
  • Write clear, professional, engaging captions and on-brand copy in fluent English.
  • Schedule and manage posts and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor comments and inbox messages and respond professionally or route sensitive inquiries appropriately.
  • Track performance using platform analytics and turn insights into practical content improvements.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice that balances warmth, approachability, and legal professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the attorney and team to source topics, shape educational content, and manage approvals.
  • Keep multiple deadlines moving at once without sacrificing content quality.

Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand, not personal-only accounts.
  • Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong short-form video editing skills for reels/TikTok-style content using CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong design skills for social graphics and carousels using Canva or comparable tools.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone suitable for a legal brand.
  • Organized content planning and scheduling ability, including comfort with Meta Business Suite and multiple posting deadlines.
  • Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based law firm is strongly preferred, or experience with another professional services brand such as medical or financial services.
  • Familiarity with creating educational content that stays accurate and compliant, especially for Family Law topics.
  • Comfort building simple content systems such as templates, repeatable formats, hooks, and topic banks.
  • Experience running or supporting paid social campaigns on Meta and coordinating boosts or promotions.
  • Ability to support light community management workflows and lead handling to help drive consultations.
  • Must create authentic, original content and not rely on AI tools or AI-generated/template-only portfolios.

Benefits

  • $1,600/month salary.
  • Remote, full-time long-term contractor position.
  • Full-time Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
