Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Create and manage structured content calendars across multiple social platforms.
  • Define and track KPIs for engagement, growth, reach, traffic, and conversions.
  • Create, write, edit, publish, and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, content creators, marketing, paid media, PR, customer support, and leadership teams.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community interactions daily and respond promptly.
  • Build audience engagement through proactive community management and conversations.
  • Support paid and organic social campaigns, including influencer collaborations and UGC initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics, build weekly and monthly reports, and optimize strategy based on insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously iterate on content and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional social media management experience.
  • Strong experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and/or YouTube accounts.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating or coordinating visual and video content.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of engagement metrics and social media KPIs.
  • Experience managing social media for SaaS, e-commerce, agencies, or professional services brands (preferred).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns (preferred).
  • Experience supporting paid social campaigns and conversion-focused social media strategies (preferred).
