Description

  • Monitor integration platforms and resolve system errors across core workflows such as eCommerce, 3PL, and vendor tools.
  • Diagnose issues, escalate complex cases, and document root cause analyses.
  • Track and report on system performance metrics, including error rates and SLA compliance.
  • Assist with building, testing, and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping, configurations, and connections.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as reprocessing failed jobs and updating credentials.
  • Maintain ERP and systems data by updating templates, reports, saved searches, audits, and cleanup activities.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and other troubleshooting documentation.
  • Provision and deprovision user accounts, manage contractor access, and ensure timely access expiration.
  • Administer SaaS platforms by managing permissions, conducting access reviews, and supporting license optimization.
  • Troubleshoot access issues and manage support tickets within defined service levels.
  • Support security and compliance efforts, including training tracking, endpoint security, device management, asset inventory, and software renewals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technology operations.
  • Experience with Google Workspace Admin and at least one SaaS platform such as Slack, Shopify, or a similar tool.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Experience using ticketing systems and working within SLAs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite is preferred.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (iPaaS tools) is preferred.
  • Experience with MDM tools such as Intune or Jamf is preferred.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management concepts such as SSO/SAML is preferred.
  • Basic scripting or automation experience is preferred.
  • Background in eCommerce, retail, or DTC environments is preferred.
