Description

  • Build an automated workflow that synthesizes CRM and customer success data with external market signals into hyper-personalized executive briefing materials.
  • Create a relationship heatmap that visualizes executive engagement across key accounts and highlights gaps in relationship depth.
  • Develop an AI-driven early warning system that prioritizes outreach based on account health milestones or competitive threats.
  • Research and implement AI tools to identify high-value lookalike executive prospects for net-new relationship building.
  • Pilot and test different AI-generated outreach styles to determine which personalized insights drive the strongest executive response rates.
  • Contribute to a centralized, AI-powered intelligence hub that transforms raw account data into strategic executive insights.
  • Develop a repeatable engagement playbook and account heatmap for Actian’s leadership team.
  • Evaluate baseline versus improved personalization by comparing current executive prep time with AI-accelerated synthesis.
  • Assess engagement predictive accuracy by measuring how AI-triggered alerts correlate with successful executive meetings.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for scaling AI-driven relationship mapping across the sales and marketing organization.

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must be located in the United States during the internship period.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or ChurnZero, or similar customer success tools like Gainsight, is preferred.
  • Ability to build complex, multi-step prompts to synthesize disparate data sources into cohesive narratives is preferred.
  • Proficiency using AI to extract strategic insights from annual reports, press releases, and executive social profiles is preferred.
  • Experience creating executive-level dashboards in Tableau or Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • Interest in C-level corporate strategy and how executive relationships drive long-term business value is preferred.
