Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
  • Drive qualified lead generation for staffing and BPO services.
  • Build and manage multi-channel acquisition strategies across paid media, outbound, inbound, partnerships, content, and SEO.
  • Optimize the funnel from lead generation through client acquisition.
  • Create campaigns targeting hiring managers, HR leaders, and other decision-makers.
  • Improve conversion rates across the MQL to SQL to Closed Won funnel.
  • Partner closely with Business Development and Sales teams to support pipeline growth.
  • Design and implement account-based marketing strategies when appropriate.
  • Own growth KPIs including CAC, CPL, pipeline value, and revenue contribution.
  • Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize ROI.
  • Implement tracking systems and reporting dashboards.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and identify expansion opportunities in new verticals or geographies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of growth marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or RPO companies is required.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and long sales cycles.
  • Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience building demand generation engines.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience scaling staffing firms in the U.S. market is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) is preferred.
  • Background in high-growth or startup environments is preferred.
