Description

  • Own the strategic direction of the pod and make key decisions that shape team execution.
  • Develop and execute integrated growth strategies across ASO, performance marketing, and retention.
  • Own client KPIs and north star goals while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead difficult client conversations, manage crises, and maintain strong relationships under pressure.
  • Mentor and coach Senior Consultants, delegating work meaningfully and building team accountability.
  • Turn ambiguous, messy inputs and poor data into clear, actionable plans.
  • Set KPIs, track account performance, and course-correct quickly when needed.
  • Use generative AI tools to improve creative, analytical, and operational workflows.
  • Support pitches and business development, including scoping new work accurately.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile growth marketing with a strong track record in strategic leadership.
  • Deep expertise in at least one core discipline: ASO, Paid UA, or CRM/Retention, with hands-on experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor senior-level team members.
  • Strong client management experience across multiple markets.
  • Structured problem-solving skills for ambiguous, conflicting, or incomplete information.
  • Commercial awareness with understanding of revenue, margin, and client value.
  • Comfort and experience using generative AI tools.
  • Hands-on mindset and willingness to step in when needed.
  • Experience leading from the front in a senior leadership role.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and teams in high-pressure situations.
