Description

  • Draft and finalize plaintiff personal injury demand letters, primarily for auto accident claims.
  • Review medical records and billing to identify key treatment facts, providers, diagnoses, and causation themes.
  • Build accurate treatment chronologies and damages summaries for attorney review.
  • Assemble complete demand packages and ensure all supporting records, bills, and documents are properly uploaded and organized.
  • Identify missing records, bills, or documentation gaps and follow up until issues are resolved.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to provide updates, ask clarification questions, and complete follow-ups.
  • Support lien-related tasks such as tracking liens, requesting balances, and organizing lien documentation.
  • Maintain consistent firm processes and produce at least 3 demand letters per week with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Prior plaintiff personal injury experience with direct, hands-on demand writing responsibility.
  • Proven ability to draft PI demand letters independently from start to finish, not just edit templates.
  • Strong experience reviewing medical records and bills and turning them into clear treatment and damages narratives.
  • Excellent written English with polished work product and minimal reliance on AI tools.
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and file organization.
  • Clear, professional spoken English for client-facing communication.
  • Ability to work remotely on a Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST schedule.
  • Lien experience with health insurance liens, letters of protection, Medicare/Medicaid concepts, or lien tracking support is preferred.
  • Comfort using remote desktop tools such as LogMeIn and adapting to different law firm systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Word in a legal production environment is preferred.
