Description

  • Manage and handle motor vehicle property damage and debt recovery claims.
  • Work on both litigated and non-litigated matters.
  • Negotiate daily with insurers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Communicate with clients and third parties to facilitate claim recovery.
  • Draft legal documents and prepare litigation materials.
  • Assist colleagues with tasks and drafting documents.

Requirements

  • Some experience in the insurance industry, particularly motor vehicle claims, is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop legal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
