Description

  • Manage contract intake, triage, tracking, and SLA enforcement across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Draft, redline, and assemble NDAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and other commercial documents using templates and playbooks.
  • Maintain the contract repository or CLM, including naming conventions, metadata, version control, searches, summaries, and obligation logs.
  • Prepare contract closing packets, manage signature routing, and upload executed documents.
  • Support privacy workflows, including end-to-end DSAR management, data inventory updates, and tracking vendor DPAs.
  • Assist with privacy documentation and evidence for audits and regulator interactions as directed.
  • Prepare and maintain employment documents, offer letters, termination checklists, and HR legal templates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding checklists and employment documentation tracking.
  • Coordinate litigation and claims support, including document collection, e-discovery, case timelines, trackers, deadlines, and filings.
  • Build and maintain playbooks, templates, checklists, SOPs, dashboards, and legal operations metrics while coordinating outside counsel and billing workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of paralegal experience in-house or at a law firm supporting corporate/commercial, privacy, or litigation matters.
  • Mid-to-senior level experience, typically 4–7+ years.
  • Paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management tools.
  • Experience with Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with e-discovery tools and privacy workflows preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, proofreading, and document-assembly skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage asynchronous workflows across U.S., U.K., and India time zones.
  • Strong communication and project-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and maintain SLAs.
  • Prior in-house experience at a high-growth e-commerce or consumer brand preferred.
  • Familiarity with vendor contracting for logistics/3PL, SaaS, and marketing services preferred.
  • Experience implementing or administering intake or ticketing systems preferred.
