Description

  • Review creator applications, answer creator questions, and approve sample and gifting requests.
  • Manage creator communications and follow-ups across Trybe, TikTok Shop, LTK, email, and social DMs.
  • Review creator content for brand alignment and identify high-performing content for paid advertising and organic social.
  • Coordinate sample shipments, gifting, and manual orders.
  • Collect and track creator contracts and usage rights, and organize creator footage for the creative team.
  • Maintain accurate creator trackers and Notion databases.
  • Use social listening to identify and vet prospective creators.
  • Support social campaigns, product launches, TikTok LIVEs, and seasonal promotions such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
  • Share creator and content insights with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in social media, influencer or creator marketing, community management, or a similar role; internships, freelance work, and personal creator experience count.
  • Strong written communication skills and a professional, friendly communication style.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and content performance drivers.
  • Comfort using Google Workspace and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience with creator or affiliate platforms (preferred).
  • Interest in or experience with beauty or consumer brands (preferred).

Benefits

  • Remote full-time contractor role.
  • Monthly compensation of $1,200–$1,500, depending on experience.
