Description

  • Design and build an affiliate and creator program across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify.
  • Define channel roles, tracking, creator tiers, commission structures, and incentives.
  • Coach creators through calls, feedback, and community engagement to improve posting consistency and results.
  • Own program economics, including sample spend, commissions, retainers, sales, and margin performance.
  • Direct creator sourcing efforts to maintain a pipeline aligned with the ideal creator profile.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing affiliates and creators.
  • Repurpose high-performing creator content for paid media campaigns on Amazon and Shopify.
  • Monitor platform changes, emerging creator models, and AI tools, and test new approaches.
  • Implement and maintain CRM processes, documented SOPs, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Report to the CEO and build scalable systems that support sustained affiliate sales growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of affiliate or influencer marketing experience with e-commerce brands.
  • Experience building and scaling an affiliate or creator program for at least one e-commerce brand, with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs on at least two of TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify, with the ability to lead across all three.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate program economics, including commissions, cost per creator, sales, and margin.
  • Experience coaching creators and leading a sourcing team or virtual assistants.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and motivate creators independently.
  • Data-driven approach with strong follow-through and attention to program structure.
  • Demonstrated perspective on emerging affiliate trends and experience building ahead of market shifts.
  • Experience using AI daily to improve productivity and program operations.
  • Experience using a CRM and documented SOPs to build scalable workflows.
