Description

  • Evaluate liability early and continuously throughout the life of each case.
  • Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution with timely follow-up and progression.
  • Keep clients actively treating by guiding next steps and addressing barriers to care.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, delivering clear and professional case updates.
  • Coordinate with medical providers, vendors, and insurance parties to prevent delays.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation, notes, and task tracking so files remain audit-ready.
  • Support insurance processes including claims follow-ups, status checks, and documentation coordination.
  • Coordinate medical records and billing requests, follow-through, and organization.
  • Identify missing treatment, documentation, or liability information and close gaps proactively.
  • Prepare or support case materials such as demand packages, case summaries, or treatment narratives.

Requirements

  • Meaningful experience as a pre-litigation case manager in personal injury.
  • Strong liability judgment and critical thinking.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously without missing details or deadlines.
  • Mature client-facing communication skills.
  • High organization and attention to detail in documentation, follow-ups, and task management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Experience preparing or supporting demand packages, case summaries, or treatment narratives.
  • Familiarity with PI case management systems such as SmartAdvocate, CasePeer, Litify, or Needles.
  • Strong medical terminology knowledge and confidence coordinating records and billing at scale.
