Description

  • Handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents and gather essential case information.
  • Communicate with potential clients to explain legal processes, procedures, and the firm’s services.
  • Document client details accurately to support attorneys in evaluating cases.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing urgent client needs.
  • Navigate and update electronic systems while speaking with clients on the phone.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards.
  • Organize and update client information so it remains accessible to legal professionals.
  • Use Excel sheets and other tools to track and manage client data.
  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals as needed.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to help ensure smooth case progression and assist with legal document preparation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Some college coursework is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment or a customer service/intake role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
  • A compassionate demeanor and genuine desire to help clients in need.
