Description

  • Develop and execute a US go-to-market strategy for a consumer AI product.
  • Drive user acquisition across organic, community, referral, creator, and paid channels.
  • Improve onboarding, activation, and retention flows.
  • Analyze user behavior and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Create positioning and messaging for mainstream US users.
  • Build launch strategies across the ChatGPT App ecosystem, Product Hunt, Reddit, TikTok, and similar channels.
  • Present actionable growth ideas directly to leadership.
  • Own first-user traction and ongoing growth metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience growing a B2C, app, or self-serve SaaS product.
  • A strong execution mindset with measurable user growth results.
  • Ability to turn ideas into action quickly.
  • Comfort working in lean startup teams.
  • Strong understanding of US consumer behavior.
  • AI, app growth, or Product Hunt experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work full-time on an initial 3-month contract.
  • Hands-on experience launching or scaling consumer products in the US market.
