Description

  • Help build and execute the US go-to-market strategy for a new AI consumer product.
  • Identify early-adopting audiences, ideal customer profiles, and the fastest paths to traction.
  • Support launch initiatives across Product Hunt, creator communities, AI forums, and the ChatGPT ecosystem.
  • Own the overall acquisition roadmap for US consumer growth.
  • Identify the highest-performing channels and optimize budget allocation across them.
  • Develop and manage a channel mix across paid, organic, influencer, creator, referral, and partnership channels.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Build influencer and creator partnerships to drive awareness and installs.
  • Improve conversion rates by testing creatives, landing pages, offers, and messaging.
  • Work with product teams on onboarding, activation, and first-session experience improvements.
  • Optimize the user journey from click to signup, active user, and paid conversion.
  • Manage CAC, ROAS, CPA, and LTV targets while improving growth efficiency.
  • Build dashboards and weekly reporting across acquisition channels.
  • Analyze funnel drop-off points and user behavior trends to guide experiments and next steps.

Requirements

  • Proven experience launching or scaling a 0→1 B2C product, consumer app, marketplace, subscription product, or self-serve product.
  • Strong knowledge of both paid acquisition and organic growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing CAC, conversion funnels, and user growth metrics.
  • Experience supporting product launches and bringing new products to market.
  • Comfort working independently in lean teams with high ownership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with influencer, creator, referral, or partnership-led growth is relevant.
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting, and growth analysis is preferred.
  • Employment is full-time on an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion.
