Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients using Eligibility Autosync (EAS).
  • Lead client onboarding by running meetings and answering questions by email.
  • Configure SFTP credentials and support secure file exchange processes.
  • Resolve data errors through the UI and manage file error escalation.
  • Ensure client files are accurately and efficiently ingested into Hint.
  • Act as the internal Autosync technical subject matter expert.
  • Implement, manage, and maintain data feeds across the Hint ecosystem.
  • Reconcile data discrepancies between source files and data processed in Hint.
  • Review invoices to confirm file data has been translated correctly into Hint.
  • Track new EAS file feeds through the data pipeline and share process improvement feedback with Product.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of best practices for auditing and cleaning large data sets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to identify and prioritize problems.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate data concepts and terms.
  • Experience working with highly secure and sensitive domestic healthcare data.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong, proactive communication skills.
  • Familiarity with bulk record updates.
  • Familiarity with PGP encryption, SFTP processes, and related tools, including terminal use.
