Description

  • Build, hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Technical Architects serving enterprise customers.
  • Set team goals, performance metrics, accountability structures, and technical development programs.
  • Drive customer retention and expansion strategies in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Develop scalable processes for onboarding, success planning, and customer expansion.
  • Analyze customer health metrics and create proactive intervention strategies.
  • Maintain technical expertise in Hightouch’s platform and establish implementation best practices.
  • Lead complex technical escalations and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to prioritize customer-driven improvements.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product on customer success and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Represent customer needs internally and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of people management experience, preferably leading technical customer-facing teams.
  • 8–10 years of experience in client-facing and/or technology-focused roles.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-growing environments.
  • Experience developing technical talent and creating career growth paths.
  • Strong coaching, mentorship, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in enterprise software implementations, APIs, databases, and data integration systems.
  • Experience with customer success methodologies, metrics, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies and understanding enterprise sales cycles.
  • Preferred: experience with data warehouses, ETL/ELT, modern data stacks, CDPs, marketing technology, data activation, B2B SaaS, customer expansion, or churn reduction.

Benefits

  • Remote-first, location-independent compensation for the West Coast team.
  • Annual salary of $230,000–$260,000 USD with an 80/20 base-variable split.
