Description

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations covering Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, and Resource Management.
  • Manage multi-track transformation programs aligned with ERP Cloud implementations and oversee delivery across workstreams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable PPM solutions.
  • Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions for PPM solutions, including integration touchpoints.
  • Ensure quality delivery and documentation by enforcing Highstreet implementation frameworks and delivery governance.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and PPM best practices across programs.
  • Develop accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks to strengthen the PPM practice and improve delivery velocity.
  • Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams by developing internal talent and guiding project teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership on pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Oracle PPM (Oracle Cloud PPM preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
  • Deep functional expertise in Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, and Resource Management.
  • Strong understanding of integration points with Financials, HCM, and Procurement.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including CXO engagement.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Proven team-building, mentoring, and people-development capabilities.
  • Experience with delivery governance, documentation, and adherence to implementation frameworks.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a blend of strategic thinking with execution excellence.
