Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Supplier Qualification, and Inventory Management.
  • Design scalable and optimized Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into Oracle solutions.
  • Drive cadence meetings, stakeholder meetings, configuration, Lean specifications, FUTs, and solution validation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and process owners, recommending process improvements and automation opportunities across the P2P lifecycle.
  • Lead CRP sessions, demos, and user trainings.
  • Own module-level delivery across the full project lifecycle from design through deployment.
  • Ensure delivery meets timeline, quality, and budget expectations while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
  • Define integration touchpoints and coordinate execution with technical teams.
  • Mentor junior consultants and analysts, review deliverables, and support practice growth and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM.
  • 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  • Proven experience leading module-level delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise in Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Supplier Qualification frameworks, and Inventory Management.
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Deep understanding of data migration and system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of FBDI templates, REST/SOAP integrations, OTBI, and BIP reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and solution discussions independently.
  • Experience working in global consulting environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global delivery model.
