Description

  • Serve as the primary strategic contact between assigned business functions and OCIO.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and technology partners.
  • Develop and maintain IT project and multi-year business capability roadmaps.
  • Lead demand discovery, intake, shaping, prioritization, and governance activities.
  • Translate business needs into capability requirements, opportunity briefs, business cases, and initiative proposals.
  • Facilitate prioritization using business value, risk, strategic alignment, complexity, dependencies, and capacity.
  • Coordinate with architecture, security, data, AI, delivery, operations, and portfolio teams to assess and route initiatives.
  • Analyze current- and future-state processes, workflows, value streams, and capabilities.
  • Lead process optimization, standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and change adoption efforts.
  • Track KPIs, value realization, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment between business strategy and technology delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and technical fluency across strategy, process, technology, and delivery.
  • Experience with strategic relationship management, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and influence without direct authority.
  • Expertise in business process analysis, process engineering, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with demand discovery, demand shaping, portfolio alignment, governance, and prioritization.
  • Experience developing technology strategies, project roadmaps, capability roadmaps, business cases, and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of value realization, benefits tracking, solution consulting, data and analytics enablement, and change management.
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration, negotiate priorities, resolve conflicts, and communicate with executive stakeholders.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, compliance, regulatory requirements, technology services, and delivery processes.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to consolidate, standardize, automate, or reuse enterprise capabilities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in an eligible state where Flexential is registered to employ workers.

  • Annual base salary range of $118,500–$127,000, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
