Description

  • Own planning, tracking, and completion of assigned ERP implementation projects and deliverables.
  • Configure Sage Intacct, Sage 300, and other ERP systems to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and system validation.
  • Lead client training sessions and prepare system-use documentation.
  • Track project progress, risks, blockers, scope changes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Build client relationships, provide implementation support, and manage escalations.
  • Meet billable utilization, project delivery, deadline, and client satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, senior consultants, project leads, and managers on service delivery and business development.
  • Identify process improvements, service opportunities, and potential ERP upsell opportunities.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, change management, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ERP implementations, configuration, delivery, or related professional services.
  • 3+ years of experience with Sage Intacct.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems and compliance processes.
  • 3+ years of experience working in multi-client, multi-time-zone environments.
  • Experience managing teams, developing training programs, and improving workforce productivity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization preferred.
  • Experience with remote global or multi-regional teams preferred.
  • Experience with process automation, payroll technology, Asana, Monday, or task/document management systems preferred.
  • Experience with client retention strategies and business development preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, use a computer for extended periods, and travel onsite as required.
