Description

  • Identify, engage, and nurture new customer relationships during the trial period.
  • Align HighLevel’s solutions to customer goals, needs, and objectives.
  • Build rapport with inbound prospects and drive trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Articulate HighLevel’s value proposition to help customers understand how the platform supports their business.
  • Conduct consultative trial engagements over Zoom as part of the sales process.
  • Support customers across phone, SMS, email, ticketing, and live Zoom channels.
  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to identify effective solutions.
  • Provide technical support to customers during the trial period when needed.
  • Exercise judgment to apply best practices and methods that improve results.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong customer engagement and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • 0-2 years of previous customer service experience or a relevant role, preferably in Sales Development or Technical Sales.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to help users succeed with HighLevel software.
  • Experience with technical documentation and presentation skills is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, social media management, social media advertising, website/funnel building, and SEO.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and communication systems, or ability to learn them quickly.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media tools is strongly preferred.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and ability to learn complex software quickly.
