Description

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Reselling, Rebilling, and Wallet platform.
  • Identify customer problems and market opportunities related to agency monetization and financial operations.
  • Lead product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to build scalable, reliable, and intuitive product experiences.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other Product teams to deliver end-to-end workflows.
  • Define success metrics, analyze customer insights and data, and optimize product performance.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders and influence product direction across multiple teams.
  • Mentor Product Managers and help raise product management standards across the organization.
  • Own the end-to-end experience for wallet funding, auto recharge, transaction history, credits, refunds, adjustments, markups, taxes, and platform APIs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including complex financial or payments infrastructure in SaaS or fintech.
  • Experience designing, shipping, and scaling systems that handle high volumes of financial transactions and reconciliations.
  • Deep understanding of Stripe’s ecosystem, including Connected Accounts, Treasury, Payment Intents, Tax APIs, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of global payments, multi-currency management, and FX settlement across the US, EU, Canada, India, and Australia.
  • Experience implementing or integrating tax compliance systems such as Stripe Tax, Avalara, or internal frameworks.
  • Ability to work across finance, tax, and engineering teams to ensure accounting accuracy and regulatory alignment.
  • Hands-on execution experience, including data validation, variance analysis, and mapping product usage to revenue.
  • Analytical experience using SQL, BI tools, or financial data models to diagnose issues and validate hypotheses.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Track record of driving measurable impact through systemic improvements, automation, and data-driven decisions.
  • Preferred: experience building usage-based billing or embedded finance platforms.
  • Preferred: familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Chargebee, or QuickBooks and payment data integrations.
  • Preferred: understanding of reseller ecosystems, margin management, and agency billing workflows.
  • Preferred: experience with cross-border compliance and digital goods taxation including VAT, GST, and HST.
  • Preferred: exposure to financial ledger design, double-entry accounting models, or journal reconciliation automation.
  • Preferred: strong technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and internal tools related to payments and finance.
  • Preferred: background in high-scale SaaS or fintech companies such as Stripe, Shopify, Adyen, PayPal, or B2B billing systems.
  • Preferred: experience working in remote, global teams across time zones.
