Description

Define product vision and create strategy for delivery across cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain an agile roadmap that turns strategy into executable work.
Lead solution development in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Convene and coordinate product teams, client stakeholders, policy experts, and technical partners.
Coach and guide teams using user-centered and agile methodologies.
Provide mentoring and training to strengthen A1M’s product practice.
Balance competing priorities while delivering value on target timelines.
Create and communicate product direction, status, results, and needs to leadership and stakeholders.
Plan for compliance processes and navigate government delivery constraints.
Develop product deliverables such as roadmaps, OKRs, and user stories.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, design, computer science, cognitive science, HCI, human factors, or a related field.
8+ years of full-time related professional experience.
Prior experience working in government (local, state, or federal).
Familiarity with federal delivery concerns such as ATO, FedRAMP, and PIAs.
Experience delivering projects from strategy through execution.
Experience creating product roadmaps, OKRs, and user stories.
Experience coordinating work in distributed, agile teams.
Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, storytelling, and analytical skills.
Experience working with modern web-based application development processes and tools.
Preferred: experience in social impact product work or civic tech.
Preferred: experience in government consulting engagements or with government health and human services programs.
Preferred: working knowledge of Medicare, the ACA, MACRA, Medicaid, or CHIP.
Preferred: experience leading cross-functional teams and providing agile coaching services.
Preferred: familiarity with SAFe and adaptable application of agile methodologies.
Must work from the United States, have been a U.S. resident for 3 of the past 5 years, and already have legal authorization to work without visa sponsorship.
Must not reside in New York state.
Must be willing to complete a Public Trust background investigation and fingerprinting.
Must be able to work flexibly with EST-based partners and participate actively in client virtual meetings, including being on camera.

Salary range of $125,000 - $140,000.
