Description

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for revenue-generating products including Phone / CPaaS, Email, WhatsApp, and other monetized product lines.
  • Define long-term product vision aligned with company strategy, customer needs, market trends, and revenue objectives.
  • Prioritize product investments across the portfolio based on customer impact, revenue potential, margin profile, adoption opportunity, and strategic importance.
  • Develop product narratives, business cases, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Own the business performance of assigned product lines, including revenue growth, gross margin, usage trends, attach rate, adoption, retention, and profitability.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, Data, and executive leadership to set targets, forecast performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage tradeoffs.
  • Lead pricing and packaging strategy across usage-based pricing, subscription tiers, add-ons, bundles, and overages.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives to improve activation, adoption, usage, expansion, and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, remove friction, and translate complex billing, compliance, and usage requirements into scalable experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers while building a culture of accountability, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of product management experience, including at least 4+ years leading product teams.
  • Experience owning revenue-generating SaaS, usage-based, subscription, marketplace, payments, communications, or platform products.
  • Demonstrated success managing product-level business outcomes such as revenue, adoption, retention, pricing, packaging, and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of P&L ownership, monetization strategy, unit economics, margin optimization, and business forecasting.
  • Experience developing and launching pricing and packaging strategies for SaaS or usage-based products.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, align stakeholders, and execute across complex product portfolios.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and measure impact.
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and executive teams.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, mentoring, and developing product managers.
  • Experience with CPaaS, telephony, messaging, email, WhatsApp Business, communications APIs, or usage-based communications products is preferred.
  • Experience with email deliverability, sender reputation, messaging compliance, carrier registration, A2P 10DLC, WhatsApp Business Platform, or similar regulated communications environments is preferred.
  • Experience with PLG, self-serve SaaS, agency-focused platforms, SMB products, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms is preferred.
  • Experience scaling products with complex billing, metering, usage tracking, credits, wallet systems, or consumption-based pricing is preferred.
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows, marketing automation, CRM, customer engagement, or small business software is preferred.
