Description

  • Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for HighLevel’s Marketing OS and lead generation ecosystem.
  • Lead product management teams and cross-functional partners across multiple product lines.
  • Unify fragmented tools into a cohesive, AI-powered growth platform.
  • Drive product strategy to improve lead volume, conversion rates, and customer ROI.
  • Partner with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to increase adoption and expansion revenue.
  • Develop packaging and positioning for bundled and standalone offerings.
  • Embed AI across the ecosystem to enable autonomous marketing workflows.
  • Ensure products work as part of a unified, extensible platform through APIs, integrations, and partnerships.
  • Establish and monitor core performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion, campaign performance, and LTV impact.
  • Align Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support on roadmap priorities and platform direction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, growth, or marketing technology.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex product portfolios or platforms.
  • Deep expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and conversion systems.
  • Experience with funnels and landing pages, paid ads platforms, email marketing and automation, and SEO/local SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of SMB and agency needs is preferred.
  • Experience integrating or building AI-driven product experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead senior individual contributors and managers across multiple teams.
  • Highly data-driven with strong business and monetization acumen.
