Description

  • Manage and enhance the company’s consolidated financial model, including multi-year P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts.
  • Own and refine corporate assumptions such as merit, benefits, FX, and tax, while tracking key KPIs including ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, and LTV.
  • Lead the monthly forecast, quarterly update, and annual operating plan processes across all functions.
  • Prepare recurring investor reporting packages and other external stakeholder deliverables.
  • Create board materials and executive presentations that communicate financial performance, trends, and insights.
  • Improve FP&A processes and tools through automation, efficiency, and accuracy across Abacum, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
  • Partner with Accounting, People, and Strategic Finance teams on reporting, headcount planning, and performance management.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.
  • Support pre-IPO readiness by ensuring corporate reporting meets public-company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
  • 9+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS business, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP metrics for software companies.
  • Proven experience managing consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Exceptional analytical and modeling skills with the ability to handle large data sets and complex models.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience preparing materials for executive, Board, or investor audiences.
  • Experience working in a public company environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with FP&A tools such as Abacum or Pigment and BI tools such as Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
