Description

  • Own the lifecycle of ecosystem app partnerships from identification and evaluation through activation.
  • Drive outbound engagement with complementary apps serving key verticals such as real estate, legal, wellness, and education.
  • Evaluate inbound app integration proposals using a revenue-first lens.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and RevOps to assess the business opportunity of potential integrations.
  • Quantify the impact of partnerships on new logo acquisition, expansion revenue, and retention.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Enablement, and the Marketplace team to support successful launches.
  • Develop simple revenue and enablement toolkits for partner managers and affiliate teams.
  • Serve as a cross-functional bridge between GTM, Product, and external partner teams.
  • Document partnership activity, revenue performance, and recommendations for future investments.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in SaaS ecosystem partnerships, integrations, or business development.
  • Deep understanding of partner-led GTM strategies and integration value assessment.
  • Familiarity with platform APIs and experience scoping integration plans with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience with vertical SaaS or platform ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior success working in PLG or usage-based environments is preferred.
  • Experience at a marketplace platform such as Zapier, Shopify, or Salesforce AppExchange is an added advantage.
  • Experience working directly with product-led or usage-based monetization teams.
  • Ability to analyze partner performance data and generate actionable insights.
