Description

  • Build and deliver full-stack features across Agency Module, Agency Onboarding, and Platform Billing.
  • Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and microservices, including Stripe integrations.
  • Build performant frontend experiences for agency management, onboarding, and billing using modern frameworks and component-based architecture.
  • Own features from requirements and technical planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to write, refactor, test, and debug secure, reliable code.
  • Design data models and optimize queries across MongoDB, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, and similar data stores.
  • Participate throughout the SDLC, including monitoring, incident resolution, code reviews, and applicable on-call support.
  • Troubleshoot production issues using logs, metrics, monitoring, and tracing while improving system reliability.
  • Apply engineering best practices for security, scalability, maintainability, testing, documentation, and production readiness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications.
  • Strong Node.js and TypeScript experience for backend APIs and service integrations; NestJS experience preferred.
  • Strong frontend development experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular; Vue.js is preferred.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs, microservices, and service-to-service integrations.
  • Experience with MongoDB or similar databases, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with asynchronous and event-driven systems such as GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
  • Ability to troubleshoot frontend, backend, database, and integration issues using logs and monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of automated testing, code reviews, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and effective day-to-day use of them.
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills; open-source, engineering blog, and GCP experience are preferred.
