Description

  • Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product areas.
  • Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into product direction.
  • Partner with product, engineering, research, data, and design teams to define vision and prioritize opportunities.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to influence priorities and improve outcomes.
  • Lead discovery and design through ambiguity across complex workflows and edge cases.
  • Design creation, transaction, automation, review, publishing, and configuration experiences.
  • Drive quality reviews covering usability, accessibility, interaction quality, visual consistency, and design-system alignment.
  • Mentor designers, improve critique practices, and strengthen shared design patterns.
  • Define measures of design quality and impact, including task success, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across US and India time zones in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant product design experience, including leadership, mentorship, or design direction.
  • Portfolio demonstrating product judgment, systems thinking, customer empathy, execution quality, measurable impact, and leadership.
  • Experience leading product design across research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, content design, and usability testing.
  • Exceptional visual and interaction design skills across hierarchy, typography, layout, motion, usability, accessibility, and quality.
  • Deep fluency in design systems, accessibility standards, reusable patterns, and scalable product experiences.
  • Experience designing complex B2B SaaS, platform, CRM, workflow-heavy, SMB, commerce, communications, publishing, or automation products preferred.
  • Experience designing AI-driven or intelligent interfaces and collaborating with data, automation, or platform teams.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, facilitation, critique, workshop, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for exploration, prototyping, critique, synthesis, or workflow acceleration.
  • Applications must include a portfolio.
