Description

  • Lead the design of intuitive, conversion-focused interfaces and experiences for websites and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, developers, and stakeholders to solve business and user problems.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, feature gap analysis, and market research.
  • Use user research, A/B testing, analytics, and KPIs to guide design decisions and optimize performance.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design specifications for product features and iterations.
  • Monitor metrics and continuously improve experiences based on feedback and data insights.
  • Maintain consistency across the platform’s branding, typography, color, and visual design systems.
  • Advocate for user-centered solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and measurable KPIs.
  • Support platform growth by designing for scalability, target demographics, and market opportunities.
  • Stay current with UX best practices, design trends, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Experience designing for a SaaS direct-to-consumer subscription brand is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design process, data-driven decisions, and KPI optimization across signup funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and product UX.
  • Strong experience designing ecommerce subscription platforms, including signup, conversion, upgrade, and retention flows.
  • Experience with information architecture and organizing complex data into meaningful layouts.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis, feature gap analysis, and market research.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design methods, including user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Experience using analytics and data to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams in responsive desktop and mobile design environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, visual design, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Agile work experience is preferred.
