Description

  • Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Create personas, user journeys, and user flows based on research insights.
  • Analyze user behavior with tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, and Google Analytics.
  • Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and responsive interfaces.
  • Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
  • Iterate designs using user feedback, stakeholder input, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide developer-ready specifications, assets, documentation, and design handoffs using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or similar tools.
  • Apply WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
  • Improve onboarding flows, usability, engagement, and conversion across product experiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of UX/UI or product design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and high-quality UI design.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and accessibility principles.
  • Experience designing SaaS, mobile, or e-commerce products (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred).
  • Experience with analytics tools, user testing platforms, or enterprise design systems (preferred).
  • Availability to work full-time during U.S. client business hours.
  • Ability to complete a portfolio review and practical design task during the interview process.
