Description

  • Represent HighLevel at external marketing conferences, trade shows, summits, partner activations, and networking events around the world.
  • Own onsite event execution, including booth setup and breakdown, signage, swag, demos, and attendee experience.
  • Serve as a brand representative by educating attendees on HighLevel’s platform, answering product questions, and qualifying leads.
  • Deliver 30 to 45 minute presentations, workshops, and live demos to audiences of 50 to 300 attendees.
  • Track event performance metrics such as lead quality, attendee engagement, pipeline influence, and overall event effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations to improve future event performance, attendee experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Events teams on goals, messaging, and follow-up strategies.
  • Contribute to event planning discussions, including audience targeting, booth experience improvements, presentation topics, and activation strategies.
  • Develop deep product expertise to confidently conduct demos, answer advanced questions, and represent new capabilities in the field.
  • Mentor and support newer team members during onsite activations and event preparation as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, brand activation, experiential marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience executing trade shows, conferences, or large-scale events independently.
  • Experience working in SaaS, marketing technology, or a high-growth startup environment preferred.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage small and large audiences.
  • Ability to confidently communicate product value and qualify prospective customers in live event settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment during live event execution.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and lead capture or event technology tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally, for 3 to 4 weeks per month.
  • Ability to lift and set up event materials up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
  • Availability to work and attend in-person or virtual meetings during US hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.
