Description

  • Maintain a positive, healthy, and enthusiastic community across HighLevel’s social channels, especially the Facebook group.
  • Learn the product’s core features and workflows well enough to provide accurate guidance in real business scenarios.
  • Triage community questions and troubleshooting issues, distinguishing technical support needs from product feedback.
  • Collect user feedback and feature suggestions and route them to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow up with the community when user feedback results in product changes or improvements.
  • Moderate and engage across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit with a consistent standard of helpfulness and accuracy.
  • Act as a calm, transparent point of contact during outages or critical incidents by verifying reports and centralizing communication.
  • Collaborate internally on social content and community strategy to support growth and engagement.
  • Monitor social channels for relevant industry conversations, competitor comparisons, and SEO-related topics to add value and increase engagement.
  • Help expand the brand’s presence on broader platforms like Reddit with a helpful, technical, non-salesy voice.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a relevant degree is a plus.
  • Up to 2 years of customer relations or customer service experience.
  • At least 1+ year managing and moderating a large active Facebook community of 5,000+ members.
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining an online community or brand across Facebook, Reddit, or X.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create quick video walkthroughs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or ClickUp.
  • Comfort reading release notes and understanding API concepts.
  • Ability to explain complex workflows simply.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
