Description

  • Serve as a main point of contact for multiple customers across their online community and communication platforms.
  • Execute day-to-day production tasks within customer online communities and email marketing platforms.
  • Create, recommend, and implement strategic engagement tactics for customer communities.
  • Support community management activities using the Higher Logic software platform.
  • Collaborate with Product and other Higher Logic teams to improve the community platform.
  • Help other Strategic Services team members resolve customer issues and problems.
  • Mentor and train team members on community, communications, and consulting best practices.
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform community management practices and product ideas.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet time-sensitive goals across multiple customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a team, take direction, and provide direction to others.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
