Description

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of core accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business objectives and align Array’s solutions to those goals.
  • Own the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, deployment, launch, ongoing optimization, renewal, and expansion.
  • Execute a structured engagement model that balances proactive outreach with scalable communication and support.
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Array’s product suite.
  • Resolve or anticipate client issues with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams to deliver consistent client outcomes.
  • Provide structured client feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap prioritization.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant industry trends, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics.
  • Use AI tools as a default approach to work faster and more efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B client success, account management, or a related role with responsibility for retention and growth.
  • Experience owning a book of business in the range of approximately $3M–$8M ARR, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining consistent client outcomes.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying and executing expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Operational discipline with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for clients.
  • Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or credit-related products is preferred.
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on accountability and results.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work and a habit of using it to accelerate work.
