Description

  • Build roadmaps, project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success criteria for communications and other brand initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the development, commercialization, and launch of new products, brands, businesses, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate workstreams across Operations, Creative, Product Development, Brand Marketing, and leadership to ensure projects stay aligned and on schedule.
  • Track project expenses and prepare regular status, financial, and progress updates for the leadership team.
  • Manage creative workflows from concept through delivery while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, QA tickets, asset management, and project plans.
  • Identify, mitigate, and remove project risks and barriers before they affect delivery.
  • Improve and build scalable processes, including product launch and project management workflows.
  • Monitor project health, adjust plans as needed, and conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate solutions and keep projects moving forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in the wellness or supplement space.
  • Proven experience leading project teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Extensive experience with project management software such as Asana, Hive, Wrike, or Microsoft Project.
  • Background and strong interest in process development and project management principles; Master Data and Continuous Improvement experience is a plus.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Must be located in California.
