Description

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap across email, SMS, loyalty, subscriptions, and post-purchase engagement.
  • Translate company revenue, acquisition, and retention goals into lifecycle OKRs and quarterly execution plans.
  • Build and manage automated campaign flows for onboarding, replenishment, upsell, loyalty, win-back, re-engagement, and product review acquisition.
  • Develop and optimize retention strategies to reduce churn, increase renewals, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Build, launch, and continuously improve the loyalty and rewards program, including structure, tiers, points, and redemption mechanics.
  • Lead product review acquisition, response management, and reputation management across customer touchpoints.
  • Design and run incrementality-focused experiments, A/B tests, and controlled rollouts to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Create dashboards, analyze cohort and retention data, and report lifecycle performance to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with product, e-commerce, paid media, customer experience, BI, and design teams to align lifecycle initiatives and launch plans.
  • Develop lifecycle launch playbooks for new products, including early adopter targeting, review acceleration, and subscription attachment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing email/SMS lifecycle automation that drives retention, subscriptions, and lifetime value.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing and managing loyalty and rewards programs for an e-commerce company, ideally in health, wellness, beauty, or a similar industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a product review platform such as Okendo, Yotpo, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Recharge is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Okendo, Yotpo, or similar review tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and/or BI tools like Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and gain buy-in through a data-centric approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing people or a team for 1-2 years is a plus.
  • Located in the Los Angeles area is preferred.
