Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain APIs and microservices that support core product functionality and integrations.
  • Develop full stack features using Angular on the frontend and Go on the backend.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure to support efficient scaling and high-performance application delivery.
  • Mentor software engineers and help foster collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence on the team.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and team efficiency.
  • Integrate generative AI capabilities into agency management software to improve usability and efficiency.
  • Evaluate priorities, options, and tradeoffs to guide technical and product decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver features.
  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
  • Explore and recommend new technologies, tools, and approaches that improve the platform and user outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in software engineering roles building on modern architectures and frameworks.
  • Proficiency with one reactive JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Proficiency with backend development in Go, NodeJS, or Python, with Go strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Experience with high-performance SaaS solutions built on microservices and serverless architectures.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize and plan work independently and work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Healthcare experience and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards are a plus.

  • Base salary range of $140,000-160,000 per year, excluding variable compensation.
